The build quality is seriously top-tier - easily on the level of (or even better than) big brands. Everything feels super well thought out, clean, and solid. You can tell a lot of care went into this.

What really stood out to me was the support. I had some issues during the ordering process because of my bank, and the seller handled it perfectly - quick, helpful, and professional.

After receiving the camera, I also had trouble connecting it to my phone (my mistake 😅). I reached out directly via email and got a super fast reply. Turns out I just needed to scan a QR code that I completely missed inside the packaging. Problem solved instantly.
