Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Coverage
All products sold by Engels Aerials are covered by statutory warranty under European consumer law. Products must function as reasonably expected under normal and intended use.
Because many products sold by Engels Aerials are custom-built or modified electronics intended for FPV drone use, specific operating conditions apply.
Naked GoPro Cameras — Important Information
Naked GoPro cameras are modified action cameras designed specifically for FPV drone applications. These products differ significantly from standard consumer electronics.
Please note:

Naked GoPro cameras require airflow during operation for proper cooling.

Operating the camera while stationary for extended periods may cause overheating.

These cameras are intended for aerial use and not for prolonged bench testing or continuous stationary recording.

Correct power supply configuration is required at all times.
Damage or malfunction caused by incorrect installation, insufficient cooling, improper power supply, crashes, moisture exposure, or user modification is not covered under warranty.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs initially.
If a defect covered under warranty is confirmed after inspection, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Turnaround Time
We aim to inspect returned products as quickly as possible. Processing time may vary depending on testing requirements and product condition.
Engels Aerials cannot compensate for business loss, downtime, or third-party costs resulting from product malfunction.
