2. Applicability

3. Offers and Prices

  1. All prices on the website include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
  2. We strive to provide accurate and complete information. Apparent errors or mistakes do not bind us.
  3. We reserve the right to change prices and products without prior notice.

4. Orders and Agreements

  1. An order is final once payment has been successfully completed.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse an order or request additional information before acceptance.
  3. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative or refund.

5. Payment

  1. Payments can be made via the payment methods listed on our website.
  2. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
  3. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement.

6. Delivery and Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
  2. We aim to deliver within the indicated delivery time. Delays do not entitle customers to compensation.
  3. If a product arrives damaged, this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
  2. The product must be returned unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  4. After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

8. Warranty and Complaints

  1. We provide the statutory warranty: products must meet reasonable expectations.
  2. Complaints or defects can be reported via engels_aerials@outlook.com. We respond within 14 days.
  3. If a complaint cannot be resolved, customers may contact an independent dispute body or the European ODR platform.

9. Liability

  1. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from improper use of products.
  2. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the respective product.
  3. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. We respect customer privacy and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Force Majeure

  1. In cases of force majeure (such as disruptions, natural disasters, or pandemics), we may suspend or terminate the agreement without compensation.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

  1. All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the place of business of Engels Aerials.
